An accused serial rapist in Ohio has been arrested after over the course of a week he allegedly forced multiple women into vehicles and later raped them, according to authorities.
On Feb. 13, Rodolfo Castillo, 26, contacted a transportation company and requested a female driver at an apartment complex in Forest Park, telling the dispatcher the passenger would be female as well, the Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office said.
The female driver arrived at the apartment complex and Castillo got into the passenger seat, officials said. He is accused of then ordering the driver into the back seat of her vehicle while holding a large screwdriver to her ribs.
After tying the woman’s hands and feet and forcing her to the vehicle’s floor, he drove to her bank, withdrew money from her account and then drove her to a parking lot, where he raped her orally, prosecutors said.
Following the alleged assault, prosecutors said Castillo drove the victim to a gas station, threatened to kill her if she went to the police and then let her go.
The next day, Feb. 14, the suspect allegedly offered a ride to a woman leaving a Kroger in Woodlawn, took her phone, put it in his pocket and then punched her multiple times, authorities said.
Castillo allegedly threatened to rape and kill the woman if she did not cooperate with him, officials said. She was able to jump from the vehicle at a traffic light and a bystander called police for help, but the suspected kidnapper was already gone when police arrived.
Two days later, on Feb. 16, a woman received a text requesting transportation from a number “she believed was a third-party mutual friend,” prosecutors said. The pickup address was the same apartment complex in Forest Park Castillo is accused of using on Feb. 13.
When the woman picked up the suspect, he entered the vehicle, held a knife to her ribs, took her phone and told her to drive to an unknown location to park, according to authorities.
He is accused of forcing the woman in the back seat, tying her hands and feet and pushing her onto the floor. Castillo drove to a dark parking lot, allegedly raped the woman and then drove back to the apartment complex and sexually assaulted the woman a second time, prosecutors said.
He threatened to kill her if she told anyone what happened before he released her, according to prosecutors.
On March 6, Castillo was indicted on six counts of kidnapping, three counts of aggravated robbery, one count of robbery, four counts of rape and one count of attempted rape.
The prosecutor’s office believes there could possibly be more women who were attacked by Castillo but have not yet come forward.
“This is every woman’s nightmare. I can’t imagine the terror these women went through,” Hamilton County Prosecutor Melissa Powers said. “The courage it takes to survive something like this cannot be overstated.”
Castillo is currently being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $775,000 bond. If convicted on all charges, he could be sentenced to as much as 85 years in prison, officials said.
I’m loving this diversity. Were any or maybe all of his victims woke???
Maybe they will want to pay reparations and not press charges.
Had this guy, been black… they would be working a 3 dead bodies case right now. Hispanics will learn this in due time. lol lol
He looks like one of Biden’s wetbacks.
