Man Accused of Killing Mom, Dad and Brother in Shocking Family Massacre

A quiet Texas neighborhood is reeling after authorities say a 27-year-old man allegedly murdered his mother, father, and older brother inside their family home in a shocking triple homicide.

According to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to a home in Pflugerville — a suburb located just outside Austin — after a worried relative requested a welfare check Thursday morning.

The family member reportedly became concerned when one of the victims failed to show up for work.

When deputies arrived at the home shortly before 8:30 a.m., they discovered a horrifying scene inside.

Police found three people dead from gunshot wounds, including a man and woman in their 60s and a man in his 30s.

Authorities later identified the victims as 62-year-old Armand Dahan, 63-year-old Jami Dahan, and their 31-year-old son Noah Dahan.

Investigators quickly identified another family member, Joshua Dahan, as the primary suspect in the killings.

Deputies later tracked down Joshua’s vehicle and arrested him around 11:45 a.m., just hours after the bodies were discovered.

He was booked into the Travis County Jail later that afternoon on a charge of capital murder.

The brutal killings have left neighbors stunned, especially because the area is known for being peaceful and family-oriented.

“This was a very shocking and very peaceful and calm neighborhood,” one neighbor told local outlet KXAN. “It was really surprising and shocking for all of us.”

Another resident described the neighborhood as a place where families regularly walk dogs, spend time outside, and talk with neighbors.

“There’s always tons of people walking, talking to families or dogs out for a walk,” the resident said. “It wasn’t expected at all.”

Authorities said they believe the tragedy was an isolated incident and do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the public.

Investigators have not yet revealed a possible motive for the killings, and the case remains under active investigation.

The Travis County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information related to the case to contact investigators.
