A security guard working the Ole Miss game tried (and miserably) failed to contain fans from storming the field following the Rebels’ over the LSU Tigers.

Ole Miss held on for a nailbiter of a 55-49 victory over the No. 13 ranked Tigers.

As per college football tradition, many Ole Miss fans tried running onto the field to celebrate the Rebels’ pivotal victory.

A fan in attendance posted a video on X (formerly known as Twitter) of a security guard trying to stop fans from getting onto the field.

The pathetic effort to contain fans saw the guard throw several elbows, including an instant in which he knocked a female fan to the ground:

There’s absolutely no place for that at all.

Don’t be surprised if this was his last day on the job and there aren’t more serious charges brought against him.
