The shocking crime unfolded just days after the woman took legal steps to distance herself from him, hoping to protect herself and her unborn child.

Everyone knows a VPO does no good because if the person whom the VPO is against ignores it and goes after the victim the police cannot make it to the victim fast enough. So, get your VPO, to CYA yourself, then legally buy a gun, get proper training and be prepared to protect yourself.
People don’t care about protection orders. They need to do jail time for at least a year.
