A tragic story has rocked Arkansas after a mother and her 6-year-old twins were found shot dead in their home amid a bitter divorce with her doctor husband.
Charity Beallis, 40, and her young daughter and son were discovered inside their $760,000 mansion in Bonanza, near the Oklahoma border, during a welfare check on December 3.
The family’s estranged husband and father, Dr. Randall Beallis, had a history of domestic violence. He was arrested in March after choking Charity at their home and later pleaded guilty, receiving a one-year suspended sentence and being ordered to pay court fees.
That same month, Charity filed for divorce and sought full custody of the children. Tragically, she and the twins were killed the day after the final divorce hearing at the Sebastian County Courthouse, where Randall had been awarded joint custody.
Charity had previously spoken out about the struggles she faced in the legal system. In a comment under a news story, she wrote, “I’m living this battle right now. I am the victim, yet I’ve been treated like the problem while the criminal — a local doctor — is being shielded by the very system that’s supposed to protect us. Lives are at stake, including the lives of young children.”
Randall Beallis’ lawyer has stated that he is cooperating with law enforcement and fully supports the ongoing investigation by the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office, which aims to uncover the truth about what happened to Charity and their children.

Hanging is good
Death penalty is the only answer for this murderer. He had a history of violence and killed his two children and wife!
