A disturbing case out of Modesto has ended with a prison sentence—but the details are leaving people shaken.

Cristian Solorio, 28, has been sentenced to six years and eight months behind bars after being convicted of felony stalking and breaking into a home to commit a sex act, according to Jeff Laugero.

Prosecutors say the case began in February 2025, when Solorio first spotted the victim at her workplace—and quickly became fixated on her.

From that point on, things escalated fast.

According to the District Attorney’s office, Solorio began showing up at her job multiple times a day, lingering outside and approaching her whenever she left. What started as unwanted attention soon turned into full-blown stalking.

Then it took a terrifying turn.

On May 21, 2025, Solorio allegedly went to the victim’s home and waited until her father left. He then broke inside.

What happened next is what prosecutors say the victim woke up to—and it’s as disturbing as it sounds.

Authorities say the woman awoke to find Solorio in her room, sucking on her toes.

Instead of panicking, the victim did something that may have saved her life.

According to investigators, she stayed calm and spoke with Solorio, trying to de-escalate the situation and keep him from becoming violent.

Moments later, other family members entered the room and confronted him, demanding he leave immediately. Solorio fled the home, and the victim quickly contacted authorities.

He was later arrested and charged.

Now, after being convicted, Solorio will spend more than six years in prison for the crimes. But his legal troubles aren’t over—he is still facing separate federal charges tied to alleged drug trafficking.
