A man went on a rampage and murdering three people, including his neighbor, whose heart he removed to eat, police say.
On Feb. 9, 2021, Lawrence Paul Anderson, 45, “used his shoulder to knock in the back door” at the Chickasha home of Andrea Lynn Blankenship, 41, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation stated in a search warrant request obtained by The Oklahoman. “There were two German Shepherd dogs in the house. Anderson advised he killed the female resident and cut her heart out.”
Anderson confessed he took the woman’s organ back to his nearby home, which he shared with an aunt and uncle, and “cooked the heart with potatoes to feed to his family to release the demons.”
Anderson then took the lives of his uncle, Leon Pye, 69, and Pye’s 4-year-old granddaughter, Kaeos Yates. The spree killer also stabbed his aunt, Delsie Pye, in both eyes, but she survived.
When Chickasha police arrived on the scene, officers “observed Anderson throwing up in the living room into some pillows,” OSBI wrote in the request.
Anderson recently pleaded guilty to three counts of murder in the first degree, one count of assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and one count of maiming, NBC News reported.
He received a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Records show Anderson had a long criminal history and has served multiple stints in prison for various offenses. At the time of the triple homicide, he had been out of prison for around a month after spending about three years behind bars on a 20-year sentence related to using drugs, illegally carrying a handgun and other crimes.

I don’t understand why the criminals, where there is NO doubt about guilt, aren’t just put down. Why does the country have to support these monsters for the rest of their lives?
Many states do not have a death penalty. Even those states which do have a death penalty rarely execute the criminals anymore.
The judge who let this pos out should be charged as an accessory
It was likely a parole board that recommended this guy for parole, but, yes, it should not have happened, for several reasons. Prime one being that having only served 3 years of a 20 year sentence was not nearly long enough to be considered for release.
Yeah the death penalty is what this pos should have got!!
