A Kansas massage therapist is facing a growing list of serious charges after multiple women came forward accusing him of sexual assault during appointments.
Authorities say 44-year-old Aaron P. Borger, who worked at a yoga studio in Baldwin City, has been charged with two counts of rape, five counts of aggravated sexual battery, and four counts of misdemeanor sexual battery, according to court records.
Borger was first arrested on April 8 following an investigation into an alleged incident that took place during a massage session at a local business, identified as Om Grown Yoga.
Police say the case initially began when a woman reported the therapist on April 3, claiming he sexually assaulted her during an appointment. According to investigators, she alleged that he engaged in non-consensual sexual contact during the session.
After news of his arrest became public, more women came forward with similar accusations, leading to additional charges tied to alleged incidents spanning from 2024 through April 2026.
Authorities also revealed that Borger worked out of a chiropractor’s office in Grandview, Missouri, raising concerns that more potential victims could still come forward.
Douglas County District Attorney Dakota Loomis praised the women who spoke out, saying their courage is critical in holding offenders accountable.
“Our office thanks these victims for coming forward and sharing their stories,” he said in a statement. “If anyone believes they have been a victim of inappropriate, non-consensual contact, please know there are law enforcement officers and prosecutors who will listen.”
It’s not yet clear whether Borger has entered a plea.
As the investigation continues, authorities are urging anyone who may have had similar experiences to come forward.
